Shipping lead time on our items vary, please see each individual product description.  General lead times for some of our more popular items are listed below:

  • Custom Boutique Girls Tutus - each tutu is custom made upon order. 2-3 weeks plus 2-7 business days.  Contact us if you're in a rush!  We'll do our best to meet your date.
  • Hand Painted Hangers: 2-3 weeks processing plus 5-7 business days.
  • Purses and Bags - 1-2 weeks plus 5-7 business days. Personalized and monogrammed items add an additional 1 week processing.
  • Embroidered Items - 1-2 weeks plus 3-5 business days

  • If you're in a rush, please contact us as we may be able to meet your deadline!

 

Return Policies

Returns gladly accepted within 21 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Due to the nature of custom made and personalized garments, we are unable to accept returns on those items but will do our very best to make you happy!  We will refund cost of item(s) to the same credit card used for original purchase, we do not refund shipping charges.  

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the goods . You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above return policy requirements will not be credited.
