Which forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We are happy to accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card
Paypal (account balance,bank transfers, e-checks)
USPS Money Orders and Cashier's Checks
We use Paypal to process all credit card orders. Paypal is a secure payment processor used globally by millions. Please note, you Do Not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card with us. You will, however, need to select Paypal as you payment option at checkout when placing your order. Simply select Paypal and you will be directed to their processing page where you may elect to proceed without creating a Paypal account. What sizes do you carry in your online store?
A:
Our garment sizing is primarily geared to infants through size 6, with a few exceptions. We do carry a selection of hair bows, purses, accessories and our custom boutique tutus that are all wonderful for any age.
Q: Measuring My Child
Why do you need my child's measurements?
A:
Unlike mass-produced clothing, each piece here is handmade individually based on the measurements you provide. An accurate measurement is needed to create the best fit for your child. A detailed list of the measurements we require can be found on our Custom Measurement Guide.
Q: Measuring Instructions
How do I measure my child?
A:
The most common measurements we require are waistline and finished length. To obtain an accurate waist measurement, place your tape around your child where the waistband of their pants is naturally. For example, most little ones have little bellies and their pants actually fall below where their waist should be. This is the place you want to measure, otherwise, your little sweetie's pants or skirt may be too big! Finished length is just what it sounds like ~ the length that you would like your finished garment to be! Simply measure from your childs waist (discussed above) or top of the shoulder down until your at the desired length. We ask that all custom orders fill out our Custom Measurement Form. We can't begin your creation until you send us this information.

We have an absolutely beautiful selection of over 50 colours available for your tutu design! Please take a look at our Tutu Collection Color Chart.
Q: Embellishing a Custom Tutu
How can I embellish my Tutu?
A:
We want your tutu to be just as unique and sweet (or almost!) as the one who'll be wearing it! That's why we offer a selection of embellishments to add to your design. Some embellishments include; double-faced satin ribbon and bow, silk flowers at the waist, crystals and fulffy pom pons, tulle flower fluffs. . .If there is something you have in mind but don't see it in our online store, please send us an email. We're very good at hunting down special requests!

How long are the Tutus?
A:
We have four standard lengths to choose from ~ Petite Princess (shortest ~ great for ballet class), Classic Princess (classic, pictured on our model) Diva (longer) and our extra long Portrait Tutu. As with all of our garments, our boutique tutus are custom made upon order, so if need a special length , just let us know!
Q: Hair Accessory Sizing
How big are your hair bows?
A:
We carry three sizes of bows ~ Our smallest is made with 7/8" ribbon, medium with 1 1/2" and large with 2 1/4" ribbon . Our Tulle Hair Fluffs measureapproximately 6" across and the small fluffs measure approximately 2.5". We are constantly adding and changing our featured designs, so check back often!
Q: Shipping Time
How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Please allow up to three weeks, after we receive you measurements, for custom clothing orders. In most cases we will be able to create your pieces sooner but we don't want to rush your creation and sacrifice quality. If your in a time cruch, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our very best to meet your date!
Q: Garment Care
How should I launder my items?
A:
While everything we make is warm water machine washable, you may prefer to wash them in cold and hang to dry, to extend the life and beauty of your pieces. For small spots on clothing and hairbows ~ baby wipes work wonders. Our TuTus are also washable. Hand washing is recommended . . . a few swishes should do the trick! If your Tutu has embellishments such as flowers, you should remove those prior to washing. Keep in mind that some embellishments may launder better than others (ie, some pom pons may jump ship in the water!) If your tutu has some wrinkles, it may be ironed with a cool iron ~ Be careful not to melt the tulle! (Tip; lamp shades make great tutu displays/storage!)
